Am 8.2.2025 Bestellung aufgegeben mit der Angabe das das Produkt innert 6-10 Tagen geliefert wird. Bis heute am 26.2. habe ich immer noch keinen Termin erhalten wann ich die Ware bekomme.
Auch die Versprochene Rückmeldung innerhalb 24 Stunden betr. Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten.
Die Zahlung erfolgte schon.

Leider kann es immer zu einem Lieferverzug kommen, wenn der Lieferant das Gerät nicht am Lager hat.

Sehr lange Lieferfrist bei gleichzeitiger Vorauszahlung, keine Kundenorientierung, telefonisch kaum erreichbar, und das bei einem kritischen Gerät wie ein Tiefkühler das ist.

Service clientèle catastrophique, personne ne parle français, longue attente pour avoir une réponse aux mails, remboursement uniquement partiel quand le produit ne convient pas… j’ai perdu 350.- dans ma commande d’une lave vaisselle! Pas du tout arrangeants, à fuir !

Vous avez perdu 350.- pour avoir annulé votre commande.
Le 20.05, notre monteur est venu chez vous et a constaté que l'appareil que vous avez commandé ne convenait pas.
Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas vous rembourser les frais de montage, car des frais ont déjà été engagés (2x80 km en voiture et 30 min de travail).
Comme vous n'avez pas voulu commander le modèle adapté chez nous, nous vous avons établi un décompte des frais occasionnés.

Absolut unprofessionell, unfreundlich und in jeder Beziehung unanständig. Auf eine sachliche Anfrage beim Kundendienst hin wird man am Tel “abgeputzt”. Bestellte Ware wurde einfach einseitig storniert. Nie wieder.

Hatte Anfang Mai 2023 einen Weinkühler bestellt mit Lieferung zwingend bis 31.05.2023. Nachdem mir der Liefertermin bestätigt wurde hat es kurz vor dem Liefertermin angefangen… Der Liefertermin wurde jede Woche wieder um eine Woche verschoben. Auf meine Beanstandungen kam nur die Aussage, man habe keinen Einfluss auf die Liefertermine der Hersteller. Sorry, aber für mich ist das ungenügendes Lieferantenmanagement! Nach der 4. Verschiebung in den Juli habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Ich muss Nettoland zugute halten, dass sie die Bestellung anstandslos storniert und den Betrag rückerstattet haben.

Sie hatten die Lieferzeit für das Modell La Sommeliere CTV85 angefragt. Das Modell wurde durch Sie dann geändert.
Sie haben das Modell La Sommelièr CTV178 bestellt. Natürlich kann es vorkommen das verschiedene Geräte unterschiedliche Lieferzeiten haben.
Auf die Liefertermine haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
