Guten Tag

Bestellt am 17.05.2024 Ausgeliefert wurde die Bestellung am 28.05.
Gemäss Angabe haben wir eine Lieferfrist von ca. 6-9 Werktagen angeben. Diese sollten wir somit eingehalten haben.
In unserem Ticketsystem konnte ich nur eine Anfrage vom 27. Mai finden, welche innert 3 Stunden beantwortet worden ist.

Der Servicemonteur war sehr zuvorkommend aber es fehlten ihm Instruktionen und Informationen vonseiten des Büros. Widersprüchliche Behauptungen der Administration aufgrund meines Reklamationsmails. Ich musste bei der Montage aushelfen mit Material und meinem Fachwissen!
