I often order products from Nettoshop and I was always very satisfied with the delivery. But this time there was a really long delivery time (12 days). I was very upset, because there was not any information about the delay.
After 7 days I had to contact the customer services (because I did not receive any product or any email). It was also strange, because the availability of the products written on the website with next day delivery.
After my complaint customer service answered me in 24 hours, that there is a delay, but it would have been more professional to send me an email, just after my order.
Order follow up is not possible, though they send you an email, that you can follow up your order at any time. (You can only check the order number, the price, the products and that is all.)
I think you should invest to update your homepage with this very important option (delivery follow up for customers). With this solution you can avoid unsatisfied customers and also extra job for your customer service department.
