Bonne expérience générale, malheureusement gâchée par une livraison très difficile. Plus de 2 semaines après avoir passé ma commande, j'ai contacté le service clientèle en m'inquiétant de n'avoir pas de retour. J'ai été appelé le jours suivant à 08:00 pour une livraisons à 08:30...J'avais pris la livraison avec installation, reprise de l'ancien appareil et mise en service. Finalement, lorsque l'installateur est venu, j'ai du demander de l'aide à 2 autres personnes pour que l'installateur puisse effectuer sa livraison, car il était seul pour une machine de 100 kg. Impossible pour lui tout seul de déplacer la machine à son emplacement.

Cependant, dans votre cas, l'appareil avait déjà quitté notre entrepôt et était déjà chez le transporteur, c'est pourquoi nous vous avons refacturé les 100 CHF de l'annulation.
