Thanks for your Rating. But it's not understandable. It's your own Fault. It's that easy, add correct Data with an Order (Contract between 2 Parties).
You paid with Credit Card and didn't entered a full correct Address or your Personal Name. Therefore, the Order got checked. After multiple chance we gave you to correct the Data and tell us your full Name, you didn't wanted to do so - therefore we've cancelled the Order and refunded you with a Fee. The Fee is dair because we also pay a Fee for the Payment and Refund and since it's your own Fault, you have to cover these Costs.

Again, for any Contract between Parties, give correct and Full Data. In our Shop we have daily Fraud. So we give zero tolerance for such things. You had the chance, but we needed to discuss and you didn't understood to tell us your Name and correct Address.
