I though this was a shop, but I was wrong, this is a platform aggregating many sellers. It has the advantage of a great offer of different products at good prices, but the leaves you on a hanging if there is a problem.
My experience, I needed a hard disk to replace a faulty one on a NAS, so specific model and quick delivery where a must. I found the disk I needed in orderflow, with delivery time of 2 days, so I do the order. After the order is done I get a notification "Veuillez noter que les articles (ou des parties de ceux-ci) seront expédiés directement de notre entrepôt européen. Cela nécessite 2 à 3 jours supplémentaires.", so my delivery time just more than double, now not arriving in the same week. When I receive the disk it had been package as if it was a book: small box with a thin bubble wrap around it. When I tested the disk, it was dead. Not wanting to wait for a return to seller + return of new disk, I asked to return and get a refund, as I had the plan to buy a disk in a physical store (I had a degraded dis pool to recover). The reply to this request was: "Nous venons de contacter notre fournisseur pour un service, mais il nous a dit que vous deviez signaler le cas directement au fabricant, car c'est le plus rapide pour le service.", i.e. we sell you stuff but then the support you will have to deal with a different entity, I did not enjoyed this, I chose orderflow thinking I was contacting a swiss shop and in the end I got a disk delivered from europe and having to deal with a return of the disk to a company in the Netherlands (expensive shipment and customs declarations)
This is not the kind of service I expected as I though I was buying in Switzerland.
