Habe ein Laptop bei orderflow.ch bestellt (als Drittanbieter bei digitec.ch). Zuerst wurde die ursprüngliche Lieferfrist von einer Woche nicht eingehlaten, dann das Lieferdatum auf 2025 ausgesetzt (für eine Bestelung im Juli 2023). Als ich nachfragte was da eigentlich los ist wurde das Datum weiter auf 2026 verschoben - 3 Jahre Lieferfrsit für ein Laptop ist echt ein Witz, vor allem wenn das gleiche Gerät bei der Konkurrenz, e.g. digitec auf Lager ist. Nach weiterer Nachrfrage wurde die Bestellung dann einfach storniert.

Danke für ihre Meinung.
Wir sind dazu verpflichtet einen Liefertermin anzugeben, da wir leider von unserem Lieferanten kein Liefertermin erhalten haben, wurde ein beliebiges Datum eingesetzt, sobald wir ein Datum erhalten werden diese sofort nachgeführt.
Die Bestellung wurde von Digitec storniert, nicht von uns.
Gerne dürfen sie uns in Zukunft direkt kontaktieren unter shop@orderflow.ch oder uns direkt anrufen.

Bestellt weil guter Preis..
Zuerst Sendung aus dem Ausland - Stand nichts davon.
Dann handelt es sich um ein gebrauchtes Produkt mit noch überresten von der vorgänger Person, wohingegen nichts auf der Website steht als auch das Produkt auf die Hersteller Nummer reagiert bzw. wenn man danach sucht (und KEIN GEBRAUCHTES PRODUKT IST) dieses angezeigt bekommt..

Nie wieder orderflow.

Erstes und letztes mal dort bestellt.
Shop ultralangsam, habe mich aufgrund des Preises hinreissen lassen dort die bestellung zu tätigen.
Es stand leider nicht auf dem Peodukt, dass es aus dem Ausland versendet wird.. Stornierumg obwohl 'übermittelt' steht als Status nicht möglich.. Tracking nummer bekomme man angeblich, wenn die Sendung in der CH ist.. Also kann ich zur Zeit 0 nachvollziehen was da abgeht..

Intransparent. Ich wollte eine CH Firma Untersützen und nicht ein weiterer Dropshipping betrieb... Naja nie wieder.

Das unser Shop ultralangsam ist, ist bis jetzt noch nicht bekannt. Ich gebe dies aber gerne unserem Techniker weiter.
Bezüglich der Lieferung, wir haben sie am 29.08.2023 per Mail informiert, dass die Lieferung 2-3 Arbeitstage dauern wird. Heute ist der zweite Arbeitstag und so wie es aussieht werden Sie den Artikel morgen erhalten. Wir bitten Sie somit, die Bewertung nochmals zu überdenken.

Prix ultra compétitifs. Envoi prioritaire inclus et expédié le lendemain. Service très réactif (contacté par mail pour un changement de mode de paiement, réponse dans les 10 minutes).
En revanche, envoi sans suremballage pour une carte graphique a 900,-. Et pas de signature ni moyen d'en rajouter une.

Ich habe ein neues Samsung Galaxy A54 bestellt. Telefonisch habe ich angefragt, wie lange die Lieferzeit ist. Die nette Lady war sehr freundlich und konnte mir eine genaue Antwort geben. Einen Tag später war das Mobile hier. Die Sprache war zwar Rumänisch, dies konnte aber ohne Probleme auf Deutsch umgestellt werden. Alles perfekt, gerne wieder.
