Schlechte (bzw. gar keine) Kommunikation. Liefertermine werden immer wieder verschoben (auf Galaxus; direkt erfährt man als Kunde nichts). Wir warten nun schon seit mehreren Wochen auf die Monitore. Wir werden künftig hier nicht mehr bestellen (lieber etwas mehr bezahlen, dafür einen professionellen Anbieter wählen).

8TB Barracuda Festplatte bestellt. Lieferung dauerte etwas, aber war ok. Festplatte hatte einen Defekt. Bei oderflow 2 Tage nach Erhalt gemeldet. Mir wurde gesagt ich sollte einen Garantieantrag bei Seagate machen. Da ich darauf bestanden habe dass das Gerät defekt geliefert wurde konnte ich es zurück schicken. Da ich dringend eine defekte Festplatte ersetzen musste, habe ich also lokal eine neue gekauft auch weil Overflow schrieb sie würden mir die Platte erstatten. 2 Wochen später kam dann eine Festplatte von Orderflow per post. Service angeschrieben dass ich eine Gutschrift will weil ich die Platte nicht mehr brauche. Rückmeldung ''Wir haben das Recht die defekte Platte zu ersetzen". Danke, jetzt hab ich eine Platte die ich nicht brauche.

Der Kunde wird von uns immer angefragt, ob er einen Ersatz oder eine Gutschrift möchte, wenn die Möglichkeit dazu besteht.

Uns wurde ebenfalls eine Gutschrift in Ihrem Fall als Möglichkeit mitgeteilt, welche leider dann doch als Ersatzartikel versandt wurde.

Wir bedauern diesen Fall.
