Hallo,
Danke für die Bewertung.
Leider ist es zu einem Datenbankfehler unseres Lieferanten gekommen, wobei wir falsche Daten erhielten und die Bestellung leider nicht ausführen konnten.
Der Fehler wurde bereits behoben und einer neuen Bestellung steht nicht mehr im Weg.

Don't order here, if you are not 100% sure. They take 10% of the price if you return (unopened!) products and on top you have to pay the return delivery. Of course this is only written in small print on the website. scammers!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.
Das wir für korrekt gelieferte Ware eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr verrechnen müssen, steht in unseren AGB wie auch in der Rubrik: Retouren. Dies ist somit nicht im Kleingedruckten, sondern für jeden/jede klar ersichtlich.
Eine Rücknahme bedeutet für uns viel Aufwand und auch wir bezahlen beim Lieferanten eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr, welche wir weiter verrechnen müssen.
Wir bitten daher um ein wenig Verständnis.

They list a product with a good price to appear as the cheapest. After a few days of waiting they cancelled the order. Don't allow users to buy if you don´t have stock.

Thank you very much for your review. We received your order on Sunday and processed it immediately on Monday. We were informed by the manufacturer that this product is no longer produced. This information we have also immediately informed you and returned the money. In addition, the order confirmation stated that this product is not in stock. We would be pleased if you would reconsider your evaluation in this case.

Habe eine Grafikkarte am 15.10.2022 bestellt und nach mehr als 4 Monaten immer noch nicht geliefert bekommen. LoL
Habe auch gleich Vorausbezahlt, damit Sie mir nicht wieder die Bestellung nach 10 Tage stornieren. Bei mehrmaliger nachfrage Betreff des Lieferdatums, schreiben Sie mir immer die gleiche Email mit irgendwelchen Lieferdatums, vom Monat zu Monat. Obwohl ich schon zwei mal gesehen habe das Sie am Lager verfügbar ist. Wenn ich nachfrage, bekomme ich als Antwort "Ein Fehler im System".
Sie verkaufen Artikel die Sie nicht haben und auch nicht besorgen können.
Das ist das dritte mal das Ich bei Orderflow Bestellungen stornieren lassen.
eine absolute Zeitverschwendung und mein größter Reinfall.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung.
Leider kommt es noch immer bei gewissen Grafikkarten zu Engpässen und Lieferschwierigkeiten.
Auch für uns ist das sehr unangenehm, dass der Liefertermin immer wieder verschoben wird.
Daher bitte ich um Verständnis, wir geben uns grosse Mühe, alle Artikel so schnell wie möglich zum besten Preis für unsere Kunden zu beschaffen.
