Gestern wurde uns der bestellte Bildschirm (Bestellnummer 194455) nach fast einem Monat seit Bestelldatum endlich geliefert.
Das Paket wurde uns euinfach in den Vorgarten geschmissen! Ich finde das eine absolute Frechheit! Kein Schutz gegen Diebstahl und was wäre gewesen, wenn es zu regnen begonnen hätte?

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.
Da es bei der Bestellung ein Problem gab haben wir ihnen proaktiv mitgeteilt. Sie waren mit der längeren Wartezeit einverstanden.
Das das Paket einfach in den Vorgarten abgestellt wurde haben wir wie gestern bereits per Mail bestätigt, der Schweizerischen Post gemeldet. Wir haben leider keinen Einfluss darauf was die Paketboten der Schweizerischen Post machen.
Es tut mir leid.

Lieferung storniert, mit der Himweis auf einen Datenbankfehler des Lieferanten, der nicht zu diesen Bedingungen liefern könne. Der Artikel ist aber nach wie vor im Shop sichtbar, nur zum anderthalb-fachen Preis. Offenbar führte ein Irrtum zu einem Preis, der 20% tiefer war als der Preis der Konkurrenz. Ich bin offenbar nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem.

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung.
Leider kam es wirklich zu einem Datenbankfehler bei unserem Lieferanten, vorauf hin wir den Artikel auch von unserer Webseite nehmen musste. Der Artikel ist nicht mehr ersichtlich, bis das Problem gelöst wurde.
Wir sind sehr bedacht, dass dieser zum Glück seltene Fehler, zukünftig verhindert werden kann.

Don't order here, if you are not 100% sure. They take 10% of the price if you return (unopened!) products and on top you have to pay the return delivery. Of course this is only written in small print on the website. scammers!

Das wir für korrekt gelieferte Ware eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr verrechnen müssen, steht in unseren AGB wie auch in der Rubrik: Retouren. Dies ist somit nicht im Kleingedruckten, sondern für jeden/jede klar ersichtlich.
Eine Rücknahme bedeutet für uns viel Aufwand und auch wir bezahlen beim Lieferanten eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr, welche wir weiter verrechnen müssen.
Wir bitten daher um ein wenig Verständnis.

Nach mehr als 6 Monaten immer noch keine Wäre erhalten. Da bringt auch der niedrige Preis nichts. Seriöse Shops informieren wenigstens bei Lieferverzögerung automatisch. Orderflow leider nicht. Vielleicht hoffen die, dass die Bestellung vergessen wird.

They list a product with a good price to appear as the cheapest. After a few days of waiting they cancelled the order. Don't allow users to buy if you don´t have stock.

This information we have also immediately informed you and returned the money. In addition, the order confirmation stated that this product is not in stock.
