Horrible experience, they took 35 francs to cancel an order for an item that was not in stock, after i expected for 10 days. THIEVES!

You have ordered a graphics card which was already labelled as not in stock. Unfortunately, the delivery times for graphics cards are still very difficult, but this has been known for two years.
The deduction is already pointed out in the shopping basket so that you are informed before placing the order. You have always received feedback from us within the same day, so we would ask you to reconsider your assessment.

Bestellt, 1 Monat gewartet, nichts. Gefragt: "tut uns leid, die Ware ist nicht mehr lieferbar".

Zahlung wurde rückerstattet, ich habe aber 1 Monat für nichts gewartet.

Zeitverschwendung, NIE WIEDER!

Wird ohne vorherige Info aus dem Ausland geliefert mit massiver Lieferverzögerung. Der Shop behauptet die Kunden via Mail informiert zu haben, was nicht stimmt.
Hände weg von diesem "Gauner"-Onlineshop!!

Der Artikel wurde innerhalb von 4 Arbeitstagen geliefert, was unserer Meinung nach nicht eine enorme Verzögerung ist. Wir haben Sie direkt nach Eingang der Bestellung darüber informiert, dass der Artikel ab Europalager kommt und mit einer Lieferzeit von 2-3 Arbeitstagen zu rechnen ist. In der Vorweihnachtszeit ist die Post sehr belastet, was zusätzlich zu diesem Tag Verzögerung geführt hat.

Habe ein Laptop bei orderflow.ch bestellt (als Drittanbieter bei digitec.ch). Zuerst wurde die ursprüngliche Lieferfrist von einer Woche nicht eingehlaten, dann das Lieferdatum auf 2025 ausgesetzt (für eine Bestelung im Juli 2023). Als ich nachfragte was da eigentlich los ist wurde das Datum weiter auf 2026 verschoben - 3 Jahre Lieferfrsit für ein Laptop ist echt ein Witz, vor allem wenn das gleiche Gerät bei der Konkurrenz, e.g. digitec auf Lager ist. Nach weiterer Nachrfrage wurde die Bestellung dann einfach storniert.

Danke für ihre Meinung.
Wir sind dazu verpflichtet einen Liefertermin anzugeben, da wir leider von unserem Lieferanten kein Liefertermin erhalten haben, wurde ein beliebiges Datum eingesetzt, sobald wir ein Datum erhalten werden diese sofort nachgeführt.
Die Bestellung wurde von Digitec storniert, nicht von uns.
Gerne dürfen sie uns in Zukunft direkt kontaktieren unter shop@orderflow.ch oder uns direkt anrufen.

Bestellt weil guter Preis..
Zuerst Sendung aus dem Ausland - Stand nichts davon.
Dann handelt es sich um ein gebrauchtes Produkt mit noch überresten von der vorgänger Person, wohingegen nichts auf der Website steht als auch das Produkt auf die Hersteller Nummer reagiert bzw. wenn man danach sucht (und KEIN GEBRAUCHTES PRODUKT IST) dieses angezeigt bekommt..

Nie wieder orderflow.

Danke für die Bewertung.
Leider ist es zu einem Datenbankfehler unseres Lieferanten gekommen, wobei wir falsche Daten erhielten und die Bestellung leider nicht ausführen konnten.
Der Fehler wurde bereits behoben und einer neuen Bestellung steht nicht mehr im Weg.
