Bestellt an einem Freitagabend. Geliefert am nächsten Donnerstag aber ohne Schuko-Adapter. Aus 2-3 Tage Lieferzeit wurden eher 7 bis 9, bis ich die gekaufte Maschine effektiv benutzen konnte. Der Support ist auch sehr eingeschränkt in ihren Möglichkeiten. Um die Maschine in Betrieb zu nehmen, habe ich im Jumbo für 7 CHF einen zusätzlichen Adapter gekauft. Diesen wollten sie mir nicht gutschreiben und haben einen nachgeschickt. Der Adapter plus die Versandkosten wären auf fast dasselbe gekommen. Naja, einmal und nie wieder.

Guten Tag
wir bedauern sehr, das sie trotz all unserer Bemühungen uns solch eine schlechte Bewertung geben. Wir sprechen immer von Arbeitstagen somit wurde ihre Bestellung erst am Montag verarbeitet und hatte dann anschliessend 3 Arbeitstage bis zu ihnen.
Ebenfalls sollte ihnen bereits ein Stecker zugeschickt worden sein mit der Maschine, jedoch Arbeiten bei uns auch nur Menschen und es kann mal etwas vergessen gehen. wir bemühen uns immer das beste zu geben für unsere Kunden.

On Jul. 17 I ordered 2 NAS HD and a Qnap TS-216G.
The disks a few days later arrived liked expected but the Qnap Server ... ? In 3 Months nobody wrote nor called to find a solution. I'm normally patient but it's nearly 3 months now.
I used their chat bot but I had no feedback. I sent now an e-mail asking for full refund. let's see how long will it take now to have my money back

Leider können wir unsere tollen Preis zum Teil nur anbieten, weil wir die Ware auch im Ausland beziehen, und diese über den Zoll muss.

DA haben wir leider keinen Einfluss, wie lange dies dauert, geben aber unser bestes die Lieferzeiten so kurz wie möglich zu halten.

I though this was a shop, but I was wrong, this is a platform aggregating many sellers. It has the advantage of a great offer of different products at good prices, but the leaves you on a hanging if there is a problem.
My experience, I needed a hard disk to replace a faulty one on a NAS, so specific model and quick delivery where a must. I found the disk I needed in orderflow, with delivery time of 2 days, so I do the order. After the order is done I get a notification "Veuillez noter que les articles (ou des parties de ceux-ci) seront expédiés directement de notre entrepôt européen. Cela nécessite 2 à 3 jours supplémentaires.", so my delivery time just more than double, now not arriving in the same week. When I receive the disk it had been package as if it was a book: small box with a thin bubble wrap around it. When I tested the disk, it was dead. Not wanting to wait for a return to seller + return of new disk, I asked to return and get a refund, as I had the plan to buy a disk in a physical store (I had a degraded dis pool to recover). The reply to this request was: "Nous venons de contacter notre fournisseur pour un service, mais il nous a dit que vous deviez signaler le cas directement au fabricant, car c'est le plus rapide pour le service.", i.e. we sell you stuff but then the support you will have to deal with a different entity, I did not enjoyed this, I chose orderflow thinking I was contacting a swiss shop and in the end I got a disk delivered from europe and having to deal with a return of the disk to a company in the Netherlands (expensive shipment and customs declarations)
This is not the kind of service I expected as I though I was buying in Switzerland.

Since we as a shop do not have our own warehouse, but are active in dropshipping, the stocks of our suppliers are constantly changing.

We inform the customer in the shop about the normal delivery date of the article.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on customs, which is why we always inform the customer with an additional email about possible waiting times.

Unfortunately, we do not have a service team available for all our articles, which is why we sometimes refer the customer to the manufacturer for the best solution.

I ordered a monitor that was delivered damaged. I immediately sent photos and contacted the company. My emails weren't responded to until after a phone call. The order was placed on the 21st March and was delivered on the 25th. This is great delivery time but pity about the damage.

It's now the 16th of April and I've emailed the company a couple of times to get the issue resolved. They said they have opened an issue with the delivery company but apart from that, I know nothing.

I've asked for a replacement or refund in the meantime but they are refusing both options.

On their website, the FAQ, Returns pages etc are only available in German. It also looks like I'm going to have to pay for the return of the product. This makes the purchase from them pointless as I could get the same monitor from another store cheaper after this additional cost.

For a store that appears to be very good in general, it is sad to see the customer support being so poor and return issues being handled so badly.

Our shop is currently only available in German and French, as we have to orientate ourselves to the national languages.

For returns and damages, we are usually bound by the guidelines of our suppliers.

However, we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Update : Stressful experience. I received my order today 09/04/2024, after 3 weeks instead of the 5-7 days advertised. Fortunately, it was easy to communicate with Order Flow and I am very satisfied by the phone.

Some background:

I placed an order for a Google Pixel 8 Pro on the 17th of march on Orderflow online store. On March 19th, I received confirmation that my payment had been received and that the order was placed with their suppliers. However, I was informed that the phone comes from a separate warehouse, which might cause a slight delay beyond the 5-7 working days indicated on their website. Despite my feeling of deception, I understood this and hoped for a timely delivery.

Subsequently, after asking, I received an update stating that the expected delivery date would be around Wednesday of next week, possibly extending to Friday (March 29th).
I was told : " Hello, At the moment we expect a date around Wednesday of next week, maybe Friday."

Given that that Friday was a bank holiday before Easter, I emphasized the urgency of receiving the phone before then. I would be traveling for the Easter break, and having a functional phone is crucial for my trip.

I was told "Hello Benjamin
We hope the phone arrives on time, right now its still on its way. We do the best we can to send it bevor easter."

I delayed my trip by two days, and on Saturday March 30th, and despite my plea, I did not receive any tracking information or the phone itself. As the day after was Easter, I found myself in an extremely difficult situation. Not only did I need the phone for my travels, but I had to be home to receive the delivery. Our building has experienced multiple thefts, and I cannot risk leaving the package unattended.

OrderFlow promised to deliver the phone before Easter, but this commitment has not been met. I postponed my travel by two days in the hopes of receiving the phone, but it remains undelivered. Today is April 04/04/2024 and I still have not received the phone, nor any indication that the phone has arrived in Switzerland and no tracking number.

Wir wissen, dass es sich hier um einen Fehler der Kommunikation auch unsererseits handelt.

Jedoch haben wir dir auch gesagt, dass wir unser bestes geben, dass deine Bestellung noch vor Ostern zugestellt wird, was leider nicht passierte.

Wir sind im Dropshippment tätig, dass heisst wir sind auch auf die Lagerbestände unserer Lieferanten angewiesen.

Wir haben dir auch mehrfach erklärt, dass wir keinen Einfluss darauf haben, wenn die Ware bei unserem Lieferanten hängen bleibt, sowie dass wir dem auch nach gehen.

Dieser Fall ist bedauerlich, wir verstehen aber nicht, warum du uns gleich Betrug vorwirfst, wenn wir dir die Situation erklärt haben...mehrfach.

Confirmation de la commande automatisé, mais depuis, aucune actualisation: On ne sait pas si le produit a été commandé chez le fournisseur ou pas, pourquoi la livraison tarde etc.
Contacté par téléphone, le personnel du service après-vente est très poli et a réglé ma demande d'annulation très vite, le remboursement avait été effectué aussi rapidement. Mais quelle frustration de ne pas pouvoir recevoir la marchandise !

Nous faisons de notre mieux pour exécuter chaque commande le plus rapidement possible, à commencer par le fait que nous traitons nous-mêmes chaque commande et que nous n'envoyons pas de confirmation de commande automatisée, mais que nous vérifions nous-mêmes et envoyons ensuite la confirmation. Parfois, nous rencontrons des difficultés de livraison indépendantes de notre volonté.
Nous espérons toutefois pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau bientôt en tant que client Orderflow.

Gestern wurde uns der bestellte Bildschirm (Bestellnummer 194455) nach fast einem Monat seit Bestelldatum endlich geliefert.
Das Paket wurde uns euinfach in den Vorgarten geschmissen! Ich finde das eine absolute Frechheit! Kein Schutz gegen Diebstahl und was wäre gewesen, wenn es zu regnen begonnen hätte?

Da es bei der Bestellung ein Problem gab haben wir ihnen proaktiv mitgeteilt. Sie waren mit der längeren Wartezeit einverstanden.
Das das Paket einfach in den Vorgarten abgestellt wurde haben wir wie gestern bereits per Mail bestätigt, der Schweizerischen Post gemeldet. Wir haben leider keinen Einfluss darauf was die Paketboten der Schweizerischen Post machen.
Es tut mir leid.

Bestellung im November 2022 aufgegeben. Erster Liefertermin war auf den 30.1 gesetzt. Wurde bis heute immer wieder (7 mal) verschoben, so dass ich die Bestellung schlussendlich storniert habe.
Auf Emails wurde immer schnell geantwortet.
Man muss jedoch immer eine Anfrage senden, um Updates über die Bestellung zu erhalten. Sprich es gibt keine Übersicht im Shop, wo man den Status der Bestellung direkt einsehen kann. Auch besteht keine Möglichkeit, dass man eine Benachrichtigung erhält, sobald sich was am Liefertermin ändert. Hier sehe ich das grösste Verbesserungspotential.

Effektiv: "Bitte beachte, dass die Artikel (oder Teile davon) aus unserem Europalager direkt versendet werden. Dies benötigt 2-3 Zusatztage."

Diese Information habe ich einen Tag später in einer Mail erhalten.

Auf meine Anfrage dann habe ich folgendes erhalten.

"Vielen Dank für die Anfrage. Entschuldigen sie die ungenaue Informationen."

Wer hätte es gedacht, die Produktseite sagt immernoch "Ab Lager verfügbar"..

Ich hätte mit diesen Umständen weniger Problem, leider aber führt die Website auch ziemlich üble AGB.

Wir arbeiten mit rund 30 verschiedenen Lieferanten zusammen, von welchen wir die Ware direkt an die Kunden versenden. Wir haben kein (bzw. nur sehr wenig) am eigenen Lager.
Wenn der Artikel nicht mehr ab CH-Lager lieferbar ist, bleibt dann leider nur noch das Auslandlager. Die Lieferzeit würden wir aber sagen, ist hier nicht enorm lang. Dass der Artikel ab Lager lieferbar ist, entspricht somit der Wahrheit.
Wir hoffen, dass wir Ihnen mit der Lieferung trotz allem eine Freude machen können und begrüssen Sie gerne wieder.
