Bestellabwicklung ist absolut unbefriedigend. Die Firma ist nicht in der Schweiz ansässig, obwohl das durch den Auftritt sugeriert wird. Bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte wird je nach Bank eine zusätzliche Gebühr für Auslandsbezahlung fällig!
Die Bearbeitungszeit ist in diesem Shop auch unteridirsch. Nach der Bestellung dauert es 1 Woche bis die Ware der Post zum Versenden übergeben wird. Die Lieferung dauert dann noch einmal 5 Tage! Also am besten dort nichts bestellen was eilig ist!
Der Shop desweiteren ist total unübersichtlich und es gibt viele Gutscheine welche nie zusammen angewendet werden können. (So ist der gutschein für die newsletter Anmeldung nicht kombinierbar mit einem anderem Gutschein) ... Daher macht es mir mehr den Anschein, dass es viele Lockangebote gibt!
Ich werde das nächste mal lieber schnell in die Apotheke von nebenan gehen, da bekomme ich das Produkt spätestens 1 Tag später und nicht 2 Wochen später! Dafür bezahle ich dann auch liebend gerne 10% mehr!
