Ich habe einen Staubsauger Roboter bestellt und die falschen Kabel für die Schweiz erhalten. In der Beschreibung wurde auf kompatible Kabel hingewiesen, aber in der Schachtel war ein Shuko. Der Kundenservice tut nichts und ignoriert mich.

Letzten Freitag habe ich ein Hubtischgestell bestellt, ich tat dies bei Reichekt explizit weil Sie bei der Verfügbarkeit eine Lieferung in 3-5 Arbeitstagen versprachen.
Fast eine Woche später werde ich informiert und aufs nächstes Jahr vertröstet.

Auf meine Reklamation kam zwar schnell Antwort, aber in wirklich haarsträubendem Deutsch:

"Sehr geehrte Kunde,
es ist immer schwiszenverkauf vorbehalten. Der artikel ICY IB-EW205B-T davon haben wir 1x
vorrätig,schwiszenverkauf vorbehalten.
ich könnte der alte Bestellung 8282301 stornieren und Sie bestellen neu."

Der Preis für das Alternativmodel stieg in den Tagen dazwischen bequemerweise auch noch gleich um 20 Euro, was zuerst dreist bestritten wurde und auch

Ich habe die Bestellung storniert und werde einen anderen Shop mit der Bestellung beauftragen.
