Ich habe Artikel bestellt, die gem. Status alle direkt lieferbar waren. Meine Kreditkarte wurde sofort nach der Bestellung belastet.

Anschliessend passierte nichts mehr. Keine Lieferung, keine Korrespondenz. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde jeweils beteuert dass die Ware morgen oder am darauffolgenden Montag das Haus verlässt. Leider erwiesen sich die Aussagen als falsch. Auch hier gab es keine Information, kein Mail, kein Anruf, einfach nichts.

Wer schlicht nicht liefert, verliert in allen Kategorien. Ein augenscheinlich günstiger Preis erweist sich erst dann als gut, wenn die Ware auch tatsächlich ankommt. Selbiges gilt für Service, Shop, Sortiment, etc.

Schnelle Abwicklung und qualitative Produkte, dank starker Lieferant im Hintergrund - Senetic. Gerne wieder.

Guter Preis für Software, für die man einen Code per eMail erhalten sollte. Eine Woche später warte ich noch auf den Code. Selbst sagen sie, dass die Lieferung innerhalb eines Tages erfolgt.
Freundlicher Kundenservice, der aber keinen Einfluss auf die internen Abläufe hat und damit den Kunden eigentlich nur hinhalten kann.
So hoffe ich, dass ich mein digitales Produkt doch noch in den nächsten Tagen erhalte oder ich die Bestellung stornieren kann.
