Ich habe Artikel bestellt, die gem. Status alle direkt lieferbar waren. Meine Kreditkarte wurde sofort nach der Bestellung belastet.

Anschliessend passierte nichts mehr. Keine Lieferung, keine Korrespondenz. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde jeweils beteuert dass die Ware morgen oder am darauffolgenden Montag das Haus verlässt. Leider erwiesen sich die Aussagen als falsch. Auch hier gab es keine Information, kein Mail, kein Anruf, einfach nichts.

Wer schlicht nicht liefert, verliert in allen Kategorien. Ein augenscheinlich günstiger Preis erweist sich erst dann als gut, wenn die Ware auch tatsächlich ankommt. Selbiges gilt für Service, Shop, Sortiment, etc.
