Toller Service und großartige Preise!
Ich habe das Nidecker Escape 2024 Snowboard bei Sports Discount gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung war schnell und die Preise sind unschlagbar. Der Kundenservice war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier einkaufen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Head-Skis sind grundsätzlich sehr gut. Nur wurde leider "vergessen" die Bindungen gemäss meinen Angaben einzustellen. Die erste Skitag mit den neuen Skis fürhrte beinahe zum einem Unfall! Die Bindung musste kostenpflichtig eingestellt werden. Trotz Versprechen und 5 Mails an den Support ist nie eine Erstattung ausbezahlt worden.
Schade, dass mit vielen Kunden auf diese Art umgegangen wird...

Obwohl im Shop als "In Stock" und Lieferdauer "1-2 Tage (Versand am nächsten Tag bis 16 Uhr)" angegeben ist, wurde der Artikel erst über 4 Wochen (!) später geliefert. Der Shop reagiert nicht auf Emails, weder auf Französisch noch auf Englisch.

Die Aussagen des Shops sind wertlos:
- "At SPORTS DISCOUNT, we are committed to deliver on time and keep you informed throughout the delivery process." Ich habe nie eine Information zum Lieferzustand bekommen, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Auf der Webseite stand immer "in Bearbeitung".
- "offer you a refund without charge if the proposed new date does not suit you, and exceeds by more a week than originally reported." Ich habe das explizit eingefordert, aber weder eine Antwort noch eine Erstattung erhalten. Stattdessen kam nach mehr als vier Wochen plötzlich ein Paket, bestehend aus mit Klebeband zusammengehaltenen Produkten ohne zusätzliche Umverpackung.

Dieser Shop eignet sich nur für Produkte, die man "irgendwann" braucht.

Prix pour une combinaison de produits subitement plus cher qu'indiqué au moment de payer : on me promet un remboursement pour la différence. 3 mois plus tard après plusieurs contacts où l'on m'assure que c'est en cours et arrivera bientôt : toujours pas d'argent reçu.
