Leider bin ich enttäuscht von dem Gekauften Kaminrost. Hätte ich gewusst, dass es ein Produkt ist, welches in China produziert wurde, hätte ich nicht so viel Geld ausgegeben.
Ausserdem spricht für mich Vieles, was auf ein Drop-Shipping Produkt hinweist. Angefangen bei der Verschiebung der Lieferzeit seitens techstudio.ch (von 3-5 Tagen zu fast zwei Wochen/positiv: dies wurde jedoch per Mail kommuniziert & gefragt ob ich die Bestellung trotzdem tätigen möchte), bis hin zu Verpackung (Made in China aufgedruckt) & Produktfotos.
Zudem wurde nun der Preis reduziert, was bei mir auch nicht sehr positiv ankommt.

Ich habe den IROBOT Roomba Combo j7+ (c7558) mit Nasswischfunktion bestellt. Angegebene Lieferfrist 2-4 Tage. Auch nach einer Woche wurde die Ware nicht verschickt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme Ware erhalten, aber die Falsche, eine günstigere Roomba ohne Nasswischfunktion.

Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon nicht möglich! Mails werden nach ca. 2 Tagen beantwortet, mühsam!
Vor 7 Tagen habe ich die Ware mit dem erhaltenem Label retourniert und gebeten, den korrekten Artikel raschmöglichst zuzustellen. Es hiess, dass die Ware nach Erhalt der Retourenartikel verschickt wird.
Meine Rücksendung wurde durch Techstudio empfangen.
Heute bekomme ich die Antwort, dass die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung 10 Tage in Anspruch nimmt. Und wenn ich den Artikel dringend benötige, die Bestellung nochmals aufgeben soll :), konkret nochmals 800.- bezahlen. Der Artikel ist auf deren Homepage nicht einmal mehr vorhanden. Ob die Firma diesen Artikel überhaupt hat ist ungewiss.
Können Sie mir meine bezahlte Ware liefern? Wann?
Verstehe nicht weshalb diese Firma die Kundschaft so lange warten lässt.

Techstudio hat eine grosse Auswahl an Artikeln. Was bringts, wenn man die Ware nicht bekommt! Was, wenn ein Garantiefall auftritt?

Commande et livraison assez rapide.
Recu le 3 octobre, constat meuble abîmé,
48h plus tard ont me dit enfin la suite le ramener a la poste est faire un constat de casse est qu'il reparte chez eux.
La suite... Attendez que le remboursement soit fait (jusqu'a 20jours d'attente) pour le renvoi d'un nouveau meuble... Super efficace le servive après vente. Tous ca pour un problème entre tech et la poste... Le client lui a qu'à attendre ou faire une nouvelle commande et re payer et demander le remboursement du précédent meuble..
Bref pour moi entreprise rayées pour d'eventuelle futur commande
