Utilisé pour la première fois. Super contente de l’expérience. Commande online sans problème, livraison hyper rapide. Justificatif et factures en pdf. Le prix était le meilleur marché de tous. Après avoir vérifié qu’ils se trouvaient bien en Suisse, je me suis lancée et ne le regrette pas. En plus j’ai découvert qu’ils faisaient aussi de la location ce qui peut être intéressant et n’est pas si courant en Suisse.

Webseite auf deutsch dürfte noch ein wenig genauer übersetzt werden. Artikelbeschreibungen nur in englischer Sprache. An sonst war der Bestellprozess so einfach wie auf anderen Onlineshops. Bezahlt via Kreditkarte, aber auch Twint, Postfinance und weitere Zahlarten sind möglich.
Sehr schnelle Verarbeitung der Bestellung < 24h mit der Post in den Briefkasten. Gute E-Mail Informationen über Auftragsbestätigung, Lieferung und Rechnung (alle mit PDF).
Alles in allem gut und schnell, ohne Probleme. Garantie, Service & Support wurde nicht gebraucht.
Sortimentsauswahl eher im Profi / Professionellen Bereich angesiedelt. Preislich noch nicht beurteilbar. Für meine Bestellung aber Tiptop. Wichtig: Preise werden in Fett ohne Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen (Geschäftskunden orientiert), daher genau hinschauen. Ist aber trotz anderer Darstellung genau und lückenlos beschrieben.
