Asus BW-16D1H-U PRO - Quality control ?

I bought an Asus BW-16D1H-U PRO, based on the interesting specifications.
Unfortunetaly, it would not start and remained totally inactive.
I had to send it back. And received an only partial refund....
The power supply or on/off switch was probably defective.
And that is a basic point to check during quality control !
A Web-search (Amazon) revealed that such misadventures are frequent with that unit.
So - be careful...
