Gute Abwicklung und schnelle Lieferung, aber Preisgestaltung enttäuschend

Die Bestellabwicklung und Lieferung funktionieren bei Amazon in der Regel ausgezeichnet und sehr schnell. Obwohl das Sortiment nicht immer alles abdeckt, ist es dennoch umfangreich und oft das größte, das ich kenne.

Grundsätzlich bietet Amazon im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz fast immer die besten Preise. Allerdings habe ich in letzter Zeit bemerkt, dass mein Kollege, der kein Prime-Kunde ist, dieselben Produkte für deutlich weniger erwerben konnte als ich. Das ist besonders frustrierend, da ich Prime-Kunde bin und für diesen Service bezahle. Es scheint unfair, dass Stammkunden und Prime-Mitglieder manchmal höhere Preise zahlen müssen als Gelegenheitskäufer.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist der Kundenservice. Sollte man einmal einen Verkäufer kontaktieren müssen, beispielsweise bei einem Garantiefall, macht es Amazon einem leider sehr schwer. Der oft propagierte Grundsatz „Der Kunde ist König“ wird hier leider nicht wirklich gelebt.

Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Service von Amazon zufrieden, aber die Preisgestaltung und der Kundenservice könnten definitiv verbessert werden.

Im Juni bestellt mit Liefertermin 2. Juli. Passt für den Urlaub. Dann neuer Termin 11. Juli, in der Sendungsverfolgung steht seit 28.6. am Zoll eingetroffen. Seither (Stand 24.7.) nichts mehr passiert. Zwei Anrufe beim Support werden mit der Beschwichtigung abgewimmelt, es würde sich sofort jemand darum kümmern und die Wäre käme so rasch wie möglich. Sendung bleibt verschollen, Bestellung offen, Amazon macht nichts. Wenn ich wieder Kontakt aufnehmen möchte, werde ich an einen dämlichen Bot weitergeleitet, der mir mit seinen stupiden Pseudoantworten den letzten Nerv ausreist. Keine Ahnung, wie es weitergeht, Ware bleibt verschollen, niemand interessiert es. Das war das letzte Mal Amazon.

Appalling customer service! 3 weeks to get refund after mailing back, and a battle to have the postal fee reimbursed. NEVER AGAIN! It's a faint copycat of Amazon overseas.

Nie mehr Amazon, Preise werden willkürlich gestaltet, inzwischen oftmals teuer als Digitec Galaxus. Zudem ist der Kundendienst extrem unfreundlich und wenig hilfreich. Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Chat support only in German… don’t even ask if they do speak English or French or else as they will immediately shut down the conversation, and you have to start all over again!! Hopeless associate at fixing the situation.

Preislich sehr gut, MWSt. wurde direkt verrechnet (keine Verzollung nötig). Lieferung per Post im Rahmen der Erwartungen. Ich mag jedoch den Shopaufbau nicht besonders - er wirkt auf mich unruhig, unübersichtlich und chaotisch. Besser wie Aliexpress, aber weit hinter z.B. Digitec Galaxus!

Ich habe einen Apple Pencil bestellt und diesen nie bekommen. Ich konnte auch nie sehen wo das sich die Lieferung gerade befindet. Ich habe zwei Wochen gewartet nur für das es plötzlich heisst ich bekomme das Geld Rückerstattet.

Great shop as operatoling from EU so working under EU consumer protection laws, so no silly read GTC to know ehat you are stepping into. 30 days no questions asked warranty, free shopping back, great service once you are in contact with them (but couple of times I had to go through a lot of bot chat to reach one), great range of products and good shipping (estimated delivery date is provided while ordering).

Making customer support easily accessible and delivery points (as swiss post is just leaving packages in front of the door) would make it perfect.
