wir haben falsche Produkte bestellt. Die Reklamation würde umgehend bearbeitet, den Betrag voll gutgeschrieben. Schnell, unkompliziert, lösungsorientiert.
Das einzige, wo wir noch den Verbesserungspotenzial sehen - bei den Einzelnenn Produkten gibt es Artikel Nr, nicht aber in dem Bestellübersicht. Dies hat bei uns leider zu dem Fehler geführt.

Perfekt. Aus Versehen falsches Produkt bestellt. Unkomplizierte und umgehende Problemlösung. Angeboten wurde Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises von 17.95 Franken oder unbegrenzt gültiger Gutschein über 20 Franken. Rücksendung des falsches Produkts war nicht nötig, ich versuche nun es zu verschenken an jemanden, der es brauchen kann.

Bestellte Ware ist nie angekommen. Apfelkiste lehnt Ersatz ab, da keine Transportversicherung gewählt wurde. Ware wurde mit TWINT vorausbezahlt. Die Firma empfiehlt mir eine Diebstahlanzeige bei der Polizei. Ja, eine Anzeige erwäge ich tatsächlich, wenn die Firma weiter unkooperativ bleibt: wegen gewerblichen Betrugs und zwar gegen Apfelkiste. Und nun rechne ich damit, dass diese Bewertung durch die Firma rasch möglichst gelöscht wird. Anderen Bewertern ist es genau so ergangen.

Bei der Artikelsuche werden jegliche Artikel angezeit, z.B. Suche nach iPhone 11 Artikeln werden auch iPhone 11 Pro/X/XS aufgelistet.

Aber meine Artikelsuche beläufte nur auf iPhone 11 welches zur falschen Bestellung gefürt hat.

Aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden, Riesen Auswahl an verschiedenen Produkten.
