Ich habe aus Versehen eine falsches Handyetui bestellt. Ich erhielt auf meine Email sofort eine Antwort und eine Gutschrift, damit ich das Handyetui in der richtigen Grösse bestellen konnte. Aus ökologischen Gründen verzichtet Apfelkiste auf die Rücksendung des falsch bestellten Produkts. Die Informationen dazu waren sehr plausibel auf der Email erklärt. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht und finde, der Kundendienst von Apfelkiste ist top! Ich werde bestimmt wieder bei Apfelkiste bestellen, weil wirklich alles rund ums Handy, auch für ältere Modelle, vorhanden ist! Vielen Dank nochmals für den tollen Service!

Ich habe drei Artikel bestellt. Das Paket kam schlecht verpackt in meinem Briefkasten an und der teuerste Artikel fehlte. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde gesagt, dass man mir nicht helfen will, da ich keine Transportversicherung abgeschlossen hätte. Mir scheint eher, dass geschlampt wurde.
Laut DPD kam das Paket schon in sehr schlechtem Zustand bei Ihnen an und die Apfelkiste weist alles von sich. Auf Nachfragen kam die Meldung, dass der Fall schon geschlossen ist. Bestellen Sie hier auf keinen Fall.
