Retoure wurde nach einer Falschbestellung verweigert. Der Elektronikartikel ist ungebraucht und in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Bei der Konkurrenz war das noch nie ein Problem.

Ich habe drei Artikel bestellt. Das Paket kam schlecht verpackt in meinem Briefkasten an und der teuerste Artikel fehlte. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde gesagt, dass man mir nicht helfen will, da ich keine Transportversicherung abgeschlossen hätte. Mir scheint eher, dass geschlampt wurde.
Laut DPD kam das Paket schon in sehr schlechtem Zustand bei Ihnen an und die Apfelkiste weist alles von sich. Auf Nachfragen kam die Meldung, dass der Fall schon geschlossen ist. Bestellen Sie hier auf keinen Fall.

Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Es ist normal, dass eine Suchfunktion nach allen Begriffen sucht welche eingegeben werden. Dann kann es auch sein, dass Ergebnisse angezeigt werden welche nur einem Teil der Suchbegriffe entspricht. Bei jedem Produkt ist dann aber eine umfassende Produtkbeschreibung vorhanden die man vor Bestellung lesen sollte.
