I have never had such a terrible online shopping experience as I did with brack.ch. I ordered a product and returned it—expecting a straightforward process like any reputable online store. However, to my surprise, after printing the return label, I discovered at the post office that I actually had to pay for the return myself.
This was nowhere clearly communicated during the purchase or return process, and I find it completely unacceptable in 2025 for an online retailer to not offer free returns—especially when competitors like Digitec/Galaxus provide a much smoother and more customer-friendly experience.
From now on, I’ll be sticking to Digitec/Galaxus, where at least I know what to expect and don’t get unpleasant surprises at the post office. Avoid brack.ch unless you’re willing to risk extra costs and frustration.
