Obwohl alle Produkte seit Bestellzeitpunkt an Lager sind werden die Produkte nicht geliefert.
Support vertröstet bereits zwei mal mit "wird morgen geliefert", trotzdem trifft nichts ein.

Super schneller Versand und problemlose Bestellabwicklung. Das bestellte Netzteil hatte zwar ein Problem, Brack hat das aber sehr schnell und diskussionslos ausgetauscht.

Ich habe einen E-Raeder der Firma Onyx bestellt und auch erhalten. Zum prügen musste ich die äusserste Eischweissfolie entfernen. In drei Punkten wusste das Grtät mir nicht zu gefallen. Deshalb sandte ich es zurück.
Der Schreck erfolgte erst jetzt. Für die geäggnete Einschweissfolie wurde mir 10 % des Preises. sprich Fr. 68.-- in Rechnung gestellt. Man darf also ein Gerät mit einem PReis von Fr. 687.-- micht zur Prüfung in die Hand nehmen!
