Leider hatte ich bei fast allen Bestellungen, die ich bei Brack gemacht habe, Probleme mit Lieferverzug oder wurden storniert.

Ich habe grundsätzlich kein Problem damit, eine gewisse Zeit zu warten, wenn beim Kauf angegeben ist, dass der Artikel ab Tag X verfügbar sein wird. Allerdings ist es mir nun schon zweimal passiert, dass die Bestellung komplett storniert wurde. Zudem wurden Liefertermine mehrfach verschoben. Eine Entschädigung in Form eines Gutscheins oder Rabatts wurde ebenfalls nicht angeboten.

Wenn ein Artikel nicht auf Lager ist (was bei mir sehr häufig vorkommt), würde ich hier nicht bestellen, sondern mich anderweitig umsehen.

Digitec et autre diesent, pas de stock, mais livrable en 2-3 jours...
Brack, disent en Stock et livrable en 1 jour !!!
Que des mensonges pour vendre !!!
Et le service en ligne et whatsapp déplorable !!!
