Sehr sympathischer Shop mit guten Preisen. Ich habe einige Festplatten bestellt welche sehr gut verpackt innerhalb der angegebenen Lieferzeit von knapp 2 Wochen bei mir angekommen sind. Eine Rückfrage zur Verpackung wurde sehr schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Lieferung könnte noch etwas schneller sein drum dort "nur" ein gut.

11 Tage Lieferfrist ist ok wenn man den Preis beachtet. Kommt mit EU Stecker und einem Adapter. Gibt dann ein recht grosses Steckerteil.

- Parallel-Import des eReaders aus Deutschland.
Entsprechende Voreinstellungen wie "bookstore.de"
auf dem Gerät, ohne irgendwelche Alternativen.
Wäre mir dies beim Kauf bewusst gewesen, wäre
Foletti keine Option gewesen.

- Kein Rückgaberecht (ein inakzeptabler Skandal) !

- Trotz VORAUSZAHLUNG unendlich lange Lieferfrist (in der Rückblende logisch, der Import musste ja erst abgewickelt werden...)

Erkenntnisse ?
- lieber ein paar Franken mehr bezahlen, dafür
Kundenfreundliche Konditionen.
- Nie wieder !

Sehr fairer Preis und zeitgemässe Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Online-Shop ist etwas altmodisch, aber funktioniert ansonsten sehr gut.
Lieferung der Ware kann je nach Verfügbarkeit etwas dauern, aber sonst gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen!
