j'ai commandé un article, un congélateur qui a été envoyé par la poste sans avoir aucune mention fragile sur le colis- je l'ai refusé. le colis n a jamais été déballé par mes soins parce que la Poste elle même m'a dit que le colis avait été manipulé sans soin. Frankenspalter a reçu le colis et ne m0a pas remboursé la totalité; 16% a été retenue . Ce sont des voleurs. je ne recommande pas ce site
