Ware wird nicht an Termin geliefert, Rücksendung muss man Selbst bezahlen, Kundenfreundlichkeit = 0, Bestellung auf Rechnung welche zurückgesendet wird gibt es auch noch eine Pauschale zum Zahlen, also alles in Allem wird der Kunde zur Kasse gebeten. Kundenservice ist miserabel. Habe das letzte mal bei Ihnen bestellt. Name anpassen, Frankenverdoppler hört sich besser an.

Guten Tag, vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung, auch wenn diese weniger erfreulich ist. Auf dem Onlineshop sowie der Bestellbestätigung wird klar deklariert, ab wann die Ware verfügbar ist. Falls sich dieses Datum nach hinten schiebt, wird der Kunde umgehend per Mail informiert. Dies war bei Ihnen der Fall. Dass die Rücksendung vom Käufer bezahlt werden muss, ist ein handelsübliches Vorgehen & wird auch in unseren AGBs klar ausgewiesen.
