Eigentlich gut, jedoch Experimente mit Blitzlieferungen oder Freitag und Sonntag Bestellungen werden nicht eingehalten. Wenn man verspricht, Freitag bis 21 Uhr bestellt, am Samstag geliefert oder am Sontag bestellt, am Montag geliefert, dann sollte man dies einhalten….funktioniert aber nicht….schade

Wir bedauern es sehr, dass Sie ein Teil Ihrer Bestellungen nicht zum erwarteten Zeitpunkt erhalten haben.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Pakete pünktlich bei unseren Kunden eintreffen. Bedauerlicherweise können durch Fehler und unvorhergesehene Ereignisse verursachte Verzögerungen bei unserer Logistik oder dem Speditionsunternehmen nie zu hundert Prozent ausgeschlossen werden. Deshalb werden die Lieferzeiten jeweils ohne Gewähr angegeben.

Lieferung mit Planzer absolut unterirdisch. Zuerst wurde der vereinbarte Liefertermin von Planzer nicht eingehalten. Nach Nachfrage beim Planzer Support wurde mir mittgeteilt, dass sie nicht wissen wo mein Paket aktuell ist.
Zwei Tage später kam das Paket endlich an, aber es wurde einfach im Treppenhaus deponiert, obwohl ich Planzer explizit gesagt habe, sie sollen es nicht deponieren. Es wurde auch nicht geklingelt, ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause und habs nur zufällig entdeckt.

HÖRT ENDLICH AUF MIT PLANZER ZUSAMMEN ZU ARBEITEN. ICH UND HUNDERTE ANDERE KUNDEN HABE SCHLECHTE ERFAHRUNGEN MIT PLANZER GEMACHT.

Ich hatte mit der Post bisher keine Probleme. Aber einmal was von Planzer geliefert und direkt Chaos...

Galaxus liefert seit einiger Zeit mit Planzer. Das zieht die Shopbewertung von mir massiv runter. Der Support reagiert in diesem Belangen auch unzureichend. Gerne verweise ich auch auf die Medienberichte.

Solange mit Planzer geliefert wird, empfehle ich diesen Shop nicht weiter.

PS: Auch wenn die Option mit der Post liefern zu lassen sehr versteckt angeboten wird, funktioniert das auch nicht immer.
