Galaxus sold me a 6 year old battery as new (at full price), which was defective. For inexplicable reasons there was no warranty, even though a purchase before and after this date did have 2 year warranty. Upon complaining with the company they could not see that there was a fundamental problem in selling very old stock as new. I would not recommend using them for anything that might require real customer service, it will only cause frustration and anger.

Gemäss unseren Infos wurde die Batterie damals ohne Garantie erworben. Entsprechend konnte die Garantie nicht gewährleistet werden. Gemäss unseren Infos konnte danach jedoch eine Kulanzofferte als Lösung angeboten werden. Für die Umstände möchten wir uns in aller Form entschuldigen und für die Kritik bedanken.

Eigentlich top, der Kundendienst ist herausragend und sehr grosszügig.
Was mich aber zu Tode nervt ist dieses Preis Hopping. Ich habe in einer Woche zwei Mails bekommen meine Merkliste sei jetzt günstiger und beide Male habe ich ca 30 Minuten nach Erhalt des Mails bestellen wollen. Beide Male war das Produkt teurer als vorher!! Das hat nichts mit anderen Lieferanten, Tagespreisen oder Nachbestellungen zu tun. Das ist einfach reine Kundenverarsche!!
Zudem sind die Artikel immer wieder schlecht, ungenügend oder schlicht falsch beschrieben!
Schade aber in Zukunft dann doch lieber wieder bei der Konkurrenz!

Nach zwei Monaten Wartezeit, mehreren Nachfragen und Liefertermin-Verschiebungen meldet Galaxus, dass das bestellte Produkt nicht mehr geliefert werden kann und die Bestellung storniert wurde. Das Produkt kann jedoch nach wie vor bei Galaxus bestellt werden, aber 25% teurer!

Bedauerlicherweise ist es so, dass wir unsere Liefertermine bereits im Webshop ohne Gewähr angeben müssen. Im Speziellen bei denjenigen Produkten, welche nicht ab unserem eigenen Waren-Zentrallager verfügbar sind und/oder direkt durch die Lieferanten verschickt werden, sind wir stark von den Angaben seitens unserer vielen nationalen wie auch internationalen Lieferanten abhängig. Diese haben die Möglichkeit, Liefertermine eigenständig zu aktualisieren, damit die angegebenen Informationen stets und ohne Zeitverluste auf dem neusten Stand sind.
