Zwei PV-Module bestellt. Leider wurde ein Modul beim Transport beschädigt. Kundendienst benachrichtigt und innert weniger Minuten eine Antwort erhalten.
Das unbeschädigte Modul behalten, das Defekte zurück geschickt. Der Ersatz wurde innert nützlicher Frist geliefert (obwohl z.Z. schlecht lieferbar).
Kundendienst informierte mich dauernd wenn sich der Status geändert hat.
Kann ich nur empfehlen!
