La livraison est une catastrophe depuis que La Poste a été remplacé par Planzer. Je ne parle pas de 1 jour de retard, mais de 4 jours, avec un support terrible de la part de Planzer.

Ein riesen Sortiment. In den letzten Monaten sind jedoch öfters Produkte wieder verschwunden und nicht mehr erhältlich. Der Shop ist zwar angenehm aufgebaut, jedoch ist die Katalogisierung eine grössere Katastrophe. Falsche Produktbezeichnungen und Produktbilder sind an der Tagesordnung. Ändert man die Schuhgrösse oder Farbe, ändert sich manchmal das Produkt komplett. In der Suche sind Produkte teils nicht zu finden, man aber auf Google, erscheint dort eine anzeige zum gesuchten Produkt auf Galaxus. Preise sind oft günstig, fluktuieren aber sehr stark von Tag zu Tag, dass es sich öfters lohnt, mit der Bestellung einige Monate zuzuwarten. Positiv ist die transparente Anzeige des Preisverlaufs. Die Rückgabe von Prdukten ist äusserst einfach und unkompliziert.

Le produit était indiqué "en stock" avec plusieurs pièces avec date de livraison 2 jours après ma commande, mais 2 jours après, j'ai appris que le produit n'était pas en stock et que je devais attendre 2 semaines !

Leider werden die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Anbieter zu hoch. Zusätzlich ist es ärgerlich, meistens einen D-Stecker anstelle eines CH-Steckers zu erhalten. Daher im Sortiment nur 3 Punkte.

Einfach nur ärgerlich! Am Samstag kostetet der Artikel CHF 233.-, am folgenden Montag als ich bestellen wollte waren es CHF 310.-. ..... und immer noch seien 2 Stück an Lager!!

Eigentlich top, der Kundendienst ist herausragend und sehr grosszügig.
Was mich aber zu Tode nervt ist dieses Preis Hopping. Ich habe in einer Woche zwei Mails bekommen meine Merkliste sei jetzt günstiger und beide Male habe ich ca 30 Minuten nach Erhalt des Mails bestellen wollen. Beide Male war das Produkt teurer als vorher!! Das hat nichts mit anderen Lieferanten, Tagespreisen oder Nachbestellungen zu tun. Das ist einfach reine Kundenverarsche!!
Zudem sind die Artikel immer wieder schlecht, ungenügend oder schlicht falsch beschrieben!
Schade aber in Zukunft dann doch lieber wieder bei der Konkurrenz!
