Habe ein Artikel bei Manor bestellt und auch die Bestellbestättigung erhalten.
Später wurde die Bestellung storniert infolge fehlerhafter Lagerbestände. Gleichzeitig konnte der Artikel jedoch ab Lager bestellt werden (was per Post Tracking nach verfolgt werden konnte).
Manor versteckt sich hinter seinen AGB's, sprich der Kunde verliert immer. (Onlineshop kann Artikel z.B. gratis anbieten, jedoch ist der Preis nicht verbindlich => AGB's)

Bitte meiden sie diesen Shop. Dieser hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Artikel die mit einer Lieferfrist von 3 Tagen angegeben wurden, sind nach 22 Tagen noch nicht geliefert. Nach 8 E-Mails und 3 Telefonaten wird einem noch immer kein Liefertermin mitgeteilt. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet und auf einen Rückruf wartet man vergebens. Am 22. Tag wird die Bestellung einfach storniert ohne den Kunden zu informieren. Dies ist eine Frechheit!!

Paket kam nach einem Tag an.
Die bestellten Produkte zeigt es auch noch nach 4 Monaten als 50% Sale an. Die Vergleichspreise sind also völlige Fantasie.

Nachdem ich den Artikel für Fr. 101.00 bestellt und bezahlt hatte, wurde ein Mail gesendet, dass die Bestellung annulliert worden ist.
Anscheinend war der Artikel bei einer Partnerfirma nicht mehr vorhanden.
Da ich den Artikel nächste Woche benötige, wurde mir empfohlen, den Artikel nochmals zu bestellen. Das Geld sollte ich den nächsten Tagen zurück erhalten.
Als ich den Artikel nun ca. 30 Minuten später noch einmal bestellen wollte, war dieser auf einmal 119.00 Fr. !
Die Dame am Telefon bot keine Hilfe an. Das sei halt so.
Fazit: Kein Artikel und momentan auch das Geld noch nicht zurückerhalten!

Preisangabe stimmt mit Shop-Angabe nicht überrein. Steht CHF 130 dabei wird es für CHF 280 angeboten. Das mein Alarm gelöscht wird, ist nervig, da ich den gleichen Alarm nicht wieder einrichten kann.

Rückerstattung des Kauf- Retourenkosten mühsam.
Support schlecht, keine Reaktion via E-Mail und unfreundlich am Telefon.
Rücksendung bezahlt Kunde (Steinzeit), auch in einem solchen Fall.
