Aussage:
Heute bis 15 Uhr bestellt, am nächsten Werktag geliefert.

Um 13:00 Uhr bestellt. Zwei Tage später wurde die Bestellung immernoch nicht versendet gemäss Bestellstatus.

Aus meiner Sicht sind solche Angaben schlichtweg ein Betrugsversuch. Eine absolute Frechheit. Leider scheint dies bei immer mehr Onlineshops in der Schweiz regelrecht normal zu sein, betrügerisch falsche Lieferversprechen abzugegen.

Ich habe eine Garmin Uhr bestellt welche in 2 Tagen geliefert hätte werden sollen.
Migros hat es nicht geschafft die Uhr nach 2 Monaten zu liefern. Obwohl ich 10 mal angerufen habe. Das anrufen ist kostenpflichtig und hat überhaupt nicht weitergeholfen.
Ich habe sehr lange geduldig gewartet.
Sie haben am Schluss die Bestellung einfach storniert.
Es war ein grosser Fehler hier was zu bestellen.

Absolutely appalling! They don’t use local delivery (poste, dpd) they use DHL Express (have to insist on express) and you don’t get to choose. Shipping was done out of Basel (maybe sportxx store their goods in Germany??) via Zurich to land a notice in Vevey 4 days later!!!!! What a drama to get the parcel!!!
Guaranteed next day delivery on their website, plainly appalling!!!!!!!!
