J ai passé commande le 27.06.24 et on m averti le 11.07.24 que l article en question n est pas disponible, ils ont attendu 14 jours pour me dire que l article n était pas dispo, une honte et quand je leur demande de recevoir ma comma de avant le 22Juillet sinon ils pourraient annulé et me rembourser, je n ai eu comme réponse qu un mail en me disant que ma commande avait été annulé , je trouve cela vraiment grotesque et amateurs, je vous de a de de fuir ce site , c edt une fraude... Ils prennent les clients pour des merdes..... Ne surtout rien commander chez eux !!!

Bestellung vom 18.01.2024, bis heute (26.02.2024) keinen Liefertermin bekommen! Ich kann den Kundendienst nicht per Telefon erreichen, das Büro weigert sich mir eine Telefonnummer zu geben. Meine emails werden vom Kundendienst auch nicht beantwortet.

Bestellung nie erhalten. Von drei Kontaktaufnahmen wurde nur eine mit einer Standartantwort beantwortet, danach blieb es stumm. Telefonate werden durch ein externes Unternehmen entgegen genommen, natürlich ohne Kompetenzen. Trauriges Kapitel.... Geht gar nicht :-(
