Laut Toppreise bezahlen kann man hier nur per Rechnung.Aber ich bekamm diese e-mail:

"Besten Dank für Ihre Bestellung, die für uns allerdings wenig Sinn macht. Bitte überprüfen Sie diese und wenn Sie diese so wollen, bezahlen Sie bitte den Betrag mit untenstehender IBAN Nummer. Eine Rückgabe oder Annahmeverweigerung der Ware ist nicht möglich, da wir die
Artikel ausschliesslich für Sie bestellen. Danke."

Der Support fand nicht mal nötig, den Grund schreiben.
Ich bezahle auch nicht gern Voraus.Also besser anderswo kaufen mit guter Service und Support.Das macht mehr Sinn statt sich über diesen Shop ärgern...

sehr schlechter Support! Telefon ist NIE erreichbar, Mailanfragen werden nur ungenügend beantwortet. Lieferung hat 9 Tage gedauert ( !in der kleinen Schweiz! ), obwohl die Ware verfügbar war. Auf Anfrage zur Rücknahme der Ware wird nicht geantwortet!!!
Ich bestelle dort nicht wieder!

Tintepatronen werden als Kompatibel zu HP 963 XL verkauft, was aber nicht stimmt. HP Drucker akzeptiert die Nachgefüllten Patronen nicht. Und vorher ist das gar nicht prüfbar!! Das interessiert die Firma nicht. Sie ist nur an Verkauf interessiert. Sehr schlechter Service und Support. Auf Telefonanrufe wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Wenn dann nur per Mail und diese werden wenn überhaupt erst nach vielen Tagen spärlich und überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Ich werde bei Tintenwelt ganz sicher nie mehr was kaufen!
