Ich habe meine fall- reklamation das erste mall am 2. November in adidas app gemeldet.
Per chat habe ich mit Ejona, Flamur, Meshalev, Besartd, Albined, und wieder Besartd, geschrieben. Per e-mail komunikation weiter mit AlbineD, Jatin, Yashika, und Srejana komuniziert. .Also mit 10 verschiedene leute ein und halb monat lang geschrieben, und diese fall ist immer noch nicht abgeschlossen.Alle haben mir wersprochen geld ruckerstatung, und nach gewisse zeit schreiben mir: konto nicht existiert. alle schicken mir dann Rückerstattungsformular, und nach 10 tage wider das gleiche ..ich sende diese fall nach Kassensturz .
Ich habe auch geschrieben, dass meine karte nicht mehr existiert, und per link die neue bank verbidnung geschickt.
Es ist unglaublich so eine Reklamation ein und halb monat (heute ist 16.12.22) lang probieren zu erledigen.
