Until now I did four orders with them and all were successful. It is an excellent shop with good prices and choice and will continue to use it.
The site has a nice layout and makes browsing the large catalog easy enough. Ordering was smooth and delivery packaging was professional and it did include return labels to a Swiss address (though I never used them).
Support level is really unknown, but it took 2 days to answer an order status question. This is not really unusual even in high rated Swiss shops.
The problem with them is geographical: they really a are German shop even if very well integrated with Swiss Post.
This has two consequences.
- payments may be charged with an additional fee: Paypal did not, a credit card company likely yes
- delivery may last a few days.
Once the package gets to Swiss Post then shipment goes quickly. However getting there may take some time and the order remains in "Bearbeitung Hell" without giving further notices. I assume this is due to custom clearance and in busy periods it might get a bit longer.
Expect 2 days for clearance and 1-2 for shipment: 4 days is a good average. On lucky days it may take 2.
Finally there are no additional custom fees, as they are already included in prices

Es war nich die erste (vollständig bezahlte) bestellung. Doch auf grund offensichtlich hausgemachten buchhaltungsproblemen zu mahnen ist eine sache, auf mehrfach zugesendete überweisungsbelege nicht zu reagieren und stattdessen ein inkassounternehmen zu beauftragen ist ein absolutes no-go.
Wir werden jedenfalls NIE WIEDER was bei diesem unternehmen etwas bestellen und auch unser umfeld entsprechend warnen.

They prone a 100 days trial but you still have to pay for full merchandise earlier. Doesn't make any sense!
Also, and this is definitely not clear, they will choose to charge for a 3.95 CHF fee if you send back some items. Therefore, if you return all the items they won't charge anything.
Does this make any sense?!
All I got were automatical answers, the return service was super slow.
I asked for a QR code bill for the 3.95 CHF they are asking (while I purchased for more than 300 CHF of marchandise) but they are not able to produce such a bill.
I have no idea how they manage they finance but I did find that they were not commercial at all.
