Appalling service: didn't get any feedback after nearly two weeks for items that were supposed to be in stock, then after chasing them they gave me a story about how their supplier would dispatch the items ASAP (so they weren't really in stock !) - still took over a week to arrive, and then only 1 pair of replacement headphone pads were delivered (I ordered 2 pairs because my son tends to lose them). I tried following up but now they ghost me and don't reply. Looks like I will have to submit a fraud report to the Police. Would recommend to stay well clear of these thieves.

We do not have these spare parts in stock.
They were to be shipped by our supplier directly to your address as agreed.
Unfortunately, only one pair has been delivered instead of the two originally ordered.
We are doing our utmost to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

Was constantly ghosted by the staff telling me "We will come back to you with shipping update". I was patient at first but after waiting for 5 months this has become one of my worst shopping experience in Switzerland.
