Ich brauchte dringend eine HDD, deshalb bestellte ich eine Seagate BarraCuda (8 TB) mit Zustellung am nächsten Arbeitstag.

- Das Paket wurde ins Welschland fehlgeleitet und kam so erst mit einem Tag Verspätung an.
- Der Artikel im Paket war eine HDD, aber die falsche. Ich habe sie dann aufgrund des dringenden Bedarfs trotzdem installiert, wobei ich mich über das Produktionsdatum im Jahr 2021 wunderte.
- Aufgrund der News stellte ich einige Tage später fest, dass ich eine gebrauchte HDD erhalten hatte (aktueller Seagate Scam).

All die Fehler von Digitec durch das Kontaktieren des Kundendienstes (und nun ggf. Ausbauen, Löschen und Rücksenden der falschen HDD) aufzuräumen, kann ich mir als 1-Personen-Unternehmen schlicht nicht leisten. Das kostet mich viel zu viel Zeit, die mir für meine Arbeit fehlt.

Ich bin seit den Anfängen Kunde bei Digitec, aber ich denke, das war nun meine letzte Bestellung.

Wir bedauern, dass wir ihre Bestellung stornieren mussten.
Durch einen Fehler im System wurden leider viel zu viele Bestellungen angenommen und wir mussten alle stornieren. Dies ist auch nicht in unserem Sinne.
