Die Bestellabwicklung und auch die Versandgeschwindigkeit fand ich wie immer sehr gut. Was ich aber finde geht überhaupt nicht, dass der Artikel (eine Personenwage von Beurer) nicht verpackt war. Einfach eine Adressetikette drauf und weggeschickt. Das sieht völlig unprofessionell aus und macht den Eindruck, als hätte ich ein bereits verwendetes und wieder retourniertes Produkt erhalten (oder habe ich das sogar?!).
Ich weiss nicht was da schief gelaufen ist und ich muss ehrlicherweise sagen, dass ich dies bei digitec das erste Mal erlebt habe und ich hoffe wirklich, dass dies auch das letzte Mal war.

Digitec hat fast immer sehr gute Preise, so auch bei dieser Bestellung, Das Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S24 war nirgendwo preisgünstiger der Online-Shop ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, qualitativ hochstehende Produkte. Bei Fragen ist der Support sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch schriftliche Anfragen werden schnell beantwortet und sind aufschlussreich. Schliesslich hat der Kunde die Möglichkeit, seine bei Digitec gekauften Produkte gebraucht auf der Digitec-Plattform wieder zu verkaufen.

Es wäre hilfreich zu wissen, dass zwei verschiedenfarbige Toner für die gleiche Maschine in zwei verschiedenen Sendungen geliefert werden von zwei verschiedenen Transporteuren, die beide dann orientiert werden müssen, wohin zu liefern, weil digitec den Liefertermin nicht erst nach dem Bestellen angibt.
