Digitec liefert seit einiger Zeit mit Planzer. Das zieht die Shopbewertung von mir massiv runter. Der Support reagiert in diesem Belangen auch unzureichend. Gerne verweise ich auch an die Medienberichte.

Solange mit Planzer geliefert wird, empfehle ich diesen Shop nicht weiter.

PS: Auch wenn die Option mit der Post liefern zu lassen sehr versteckt angeboten wird, funktioniert das auch nicht immer.

Ich wäre zufrieden, wenn mein bestelltes Google Pixel 8 Pro wenigstens noch etwas Strom gehabt hätte. Offenbar extrem lang gelagert ohne Wartung. Ist einfach fachlich ein Missgeschick zu Lasten des Kunden. Eigentlich Schummelei

Sehr schnelle Lieferung aber leider sehr schlecht verpackt.,grosse Schachtel und neues HANDY war ungepolstert darin auf dem Transport hin und her geflogen ,einfach traurig .Da nützt mich ein Toppreis nichts wenn man dafür 1 Franken an der Verpackung spart

Le seul point négatif avec Digitec Galaxus est de ne pas pouvoir faire acheminer le colis chez Pickpost ou ailleurs comme pour les autres fournisseurs. J'ai essayé plusieurs fois auparavant pour d'autres colis mais je reçois le message "Digitec a bloqué plusieurs services pour la gestion individuelle des envois". Je ne suis pas toujours à la maison lorsque le facteur vient livrer le colis. Il y a de nombreux colis qui se font régulièrement voler car la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est ouverte en journée.

Les prix changent 3 fois en 12 heures. C'est très embêtant
L"emballage de la commande est dépourvu de toute protection. La marchandise était juste dans un carton. C'est un miracle que ce soit arrivé entier en étant livré par la poste

Wie immer sehr zufrieden. Aber warum wird für ein in CH bestelltes Gerät ein Euro Stecker geliefert. Klar das Auspacken und umrüsten sehr teuer wäre, aber zumindest ein Adapter wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Cause: Le défaut s'est produit sans aucune influence extérieure.

Description du problème: Une tache noire est apparue sur l’écran , elle a grossi , le client a eu une notification comme quoi il y avait une pression sur l'écran.

Après un recul, le téléphone paraissait lent dès le départ et le filtre lumière bleue bizarre.

La conclusion a été une note de crédit de l'achat de mon téléphone.
