In der Zwischenzeit sollte jeder Digitec kennen. Nachdem leider Microspot in Interdiscount mehr schlecht wie recht implementiert wurde, ist Digitec ziemlich konkurrenzlos was Sortiment und Preise anbelangt. Hier und da findet man evtl. günstigere Shop's aber das ist dann ziemliche Glückssache. Allein schon die tolle Such-Filterung was die ganze Elektrik und Elektronik betrifft, könnten sich viele Online-Shops ein Beispiel nehmen.

Die Lieferung war extrem schnell und zuverlässig, die Preise gut und der Support ist kompetent. Besonders beeindruckend finde ich, wie transparent sie sind: Man sieht direkt, die Preisentwicklung, wie oft Artikel zurückgeschickt oder reklamiert werden und wie lange eine Reparatur im Schnitt dauert. So bekommt man ein gutes Gefühl für Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit. Der Shop ist benutzerfreundlich aufgebaut, und das Sortiment deckt wirklich jeden Bedarf ab. Bin sehr zufrieden!
