Dyson Kundendienst ist sehr enttäuschend.
Ich warte seit Wochen auf eine Reparatur oder ein Ersatzteil für meinen defekten Staubsauger. Es gibt keine klare Kommunikation, keine Ersatzteile, und der Abholservice ist unzuverlässig. Für ein Premium-Produkt ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Der Kundendienst, den ich auf Deutsch kontaktiert habe, kommuniziert mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm und kann völligen Unsinn schreiben.
