Ich habe vor zwei Jahren einen Staubsauger bei Ecofort bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell. Die Beratung war top. Und ein defektes Teil wurde schon zwei Mal umatandslos ersetzt. Solcher Kundenservice sucht seinesgleichen. Wenn ich gefragt würde, welche Firma in der Schweiz den beaten Kundenservice liefert, so wäre Ecofort sicher in der engsten Auswahl.

Der Kundendienst hat nach einem kurzen Video sofort ein Ersatzgerät gesendet und die Rücksendung des defekten Geräts veranlasst.
