I dont understand this shop. I wait for a stupid printer tonner for many weeks. The promised it many days ago. They gave me a post number which only shows that they have not handed it over to the post. If I would know this takes that long I would just buy another printer. I bought here in instead of usual Digitec as they promised to have the tonner earlier, but I'm being played all the time and really annoyed about not having the tonner deliver and not being able to print, which cause a plethora of issues for me. I dont know how long I will still wait, but this is bad experiance. I will stick do digitec/galaxus, there at least they told me from the start that I will wait for a very long time for the tonner.

Bei der Bestellung wurde die Lieferzeit mit ca. 1 Woche angegeben, hat dann ca. 2 Wochen gedauert, war für mich kein Problem. Hatte zweimal schriftlichen Kontakt mit der Firma, es wurde mir jeweils schnell und professionel geantwortet und geholfen.

Schade, dass der Kunde keine Bestellreferenz angibt. Dann könnten wir das Problem mit ihm klären. Denn dass die Telefonnummer nicht funktioniert, stimmt definitiv nicht und ist eine Falschangabe des Kunden. Zu normalen Bürozeiten sind wir ununterbrochen erreichbar.

Habe Alexandri II 100 ml bestellt. Parfüm und verpackung sind 100% echt und Batch Nr. ist auch vorhanden. Lieferzeit war wie angegeben eine Woche. Man bekommt Tracking Nr. sobald es abgesendet wurde. E-Mail Anfragen zur Lieferung werden zügig beantwortet. Vom Ausenlager werden leider keine gratis Parfüm Proben mitgeliefert, ansonsten 10/10 Punkten.

Die Mitarbeiter sind dort sehr freundlich. Letzte Woche wollte wollte ich fragen, wann meine Bestellung da sein sollte, ein Mitarbeiter hat mich nach ca. 2 Stunden angerufen und meine Frage beantwortet.
Heute habe ich nochmal Anruf bekommen, dass meine Bestellung unterwegs ist. Und ich werde sie morgen bekommen.
Total zufrieden, es ist auf jeden Fall Seriös. Weiterempfehlen ???

Diese Samsung Galaxy Watch sind im Moment sehr gefragt und es gab einen Engpass im Lager unseres Händlers. Nun ist das Gerät aber unterwegs und wird im Laufe der kommenden Woche ausgeliefert. Wir entschuldigen die Verzögerung.

Ich habe einen Kärcher bestellt. Bester Preis, reaktionsschneller Service. Einziges Manko: Obwohl als verfügbar angegeben, hatten sie es nicht mehr auf Lager und haben mich nicht unaufgefordert über die Lieferverzögerung informiert.

Hi I ordered a 300chf cellphone from them it was being offered at a good 12% less than anyone else. I was a bit concerned because i didnt know anything about the company and hadnt seen any reviews.
But they are legit, i got my phone , in a reasonable amount of time, I actually called them to clarify a point on the phone, they were very helpful and a specialist called my back with the detailed info i needed.
Perfect . Happy customer. and I want to be sure that the next one considering this company has at least one review to go by :) .
