Habe jetzt einen Monat auf meine bereits bezahlte Bestellung gewartet um jetzt zu erfahren, das meine Bestellung storniert worden ist. Es handelte sich um ein LEGO-Set, das jetzt nicht mehr käuflich ist. Daher bin ich enttäuscht und frustriert und würde den Shop nicht empfehlen.

Habe ein paar mal Filme bei diesem Shop bestellt.
Bei der letzten Bestellung wurde einer der beiden Filme statt wie bestellt als Blu-ray, sondern als billigere DVD geliefert. Kann passieren.

Hab mich per Kontaktformular an den Shop gewandt, dass dieser Artikel nicht korrekt geliefert wurde und da es nicht mein Fehler war, dass ich die Rücksendekosten erstattet haben möchte.
Antwort war: "Gerne können Sie uns die Ware zurücksenden.
Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass uns ein solcher Fehler kein zweites Mal unterlaufen wird."

Auf alle weiteren Emails, dass ich die Rücksendekosten nicht übernehmen werde und gerne eine Rücksendeetikette hätte, wurde dann gar nicht mehr reagiert.
Bei keinem anderen Shop stand es jemals zur Diskussion wer bei einem Fehler des Shops die Rücksendekosten bezahlt. Ich habe noch nie einen solch schlechten Kundendienst erlebt.
Deshalb werde ich die DVD behalten und mir die Preisdifferenz ans Bein streichen, denn wenn ich sie zurückschicke bin ich sicher, dass Geld und DVD weg sind.

Solange alles in Ordnung ist kann man sicher bei diesem Shop bestellen, spätestens wenn ein Fehler passiert, wird man es aber bereuen.
