Kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen, bis jetzt drei Bestellungen, alle zeitverzugslos und umsichtig verpackt geliefert. Preisgestaltung hat für mich gepasst, zweimal waren Artikel zu schnell vergriffen. Service und Support habe ich nicht gebraucht.

Nun ja. Die bisherigen Bewertungen sind ja teils unterirdisch. Das hat mich gereizt es selber auszuprobieren:
- Den Preis im Auge behalten und dann an nem Sonntag zugeschlagen. Scheint mir der Tag für besonders tiefe Preise in diesem Shop zu sein.
- Bestellung getätigt welche auch umgehend bestätigt wurde.
- Am Dienstag drauf wurde der Kaufbetrag der Karte belastet und der Versand bestätigt. Belastung erst bei Versand ist ja auch nicht überall so üblich. Find ich gut. Bei nem Abbruch der Bestellung müsste so nichts rückgefordert werden was eigentlich mein Plan war sollte es schief laufen.
- Nochmals zwei Tage später den Artikel einwandfrei per Post erhalten
- Insofern gibt es absolut keinen Grund für Unzufriedenheit. Alles hat bestens funktioniert wie man es eben kennt.
Trotzdem hat der Shop einiges an Liebe nötig. Das geht ganz eindeutig besser !!

War meine 1. Bestellung bei diesem Shop. Alles hat bestens geklappt und der Liefertermin wurde auch eingehalten. Das Einzige wo mich ein wenig stört ist die Tatsache, dass meine gesendete E-Mail unbeantwortet blieb. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern und ich kann den Shop empfehlen...trotz all der vielen, negativen Bewertungen.

The batteries were leaking. I had to clean the battery well and replace the batteries. Now the Netatmo rain gauge works. However, I find this an absolute no-go.
